Station 16 is a textile and fine art screen print shop in Montreal, Canada. The shop specializes in classic and durable silkscreen prints for apparel, promotional textile products and fine art.
Our 12000 sq foot facility in Montreal produces all works on premises and ships all over the word. Our shop houses 2 fully automatic state of the art screen printing machines & 2 manual machines.
Q: How do I get Station 16 to print my project?
A: Send us a detailed email about your project with some images, we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. We can have your project printed within 2 weeks, once we have received all the necessary files and details. We can turn around samples within a day.
Q: How will you ship my shirts or posters?
A: We ship with UPS & Canada Post. Shirts can be tagged and bagged, before boxing and shipping them out. Posters are shipped boxed with corner reinforcements. You can always pick up your order if you are in the area.
Q: What type of shirts and papers do you print on?
A: We can print on any brand of shirt, but we generally recommend American Apparel & Alstyle. We Offer many types of paper, primarily dealing with Mohawk, Cougar & French Paper.
Q: What are the requirements for submitting my art files?
A:
- We accept illustrator .AI or .EPS files, Photoshop .PSD (CS5 or lower)
- Photoshop Art must be at a resolution of 300 dpi
- Our maximum print size is 21" x 27" (textile) & 25"x 40" (paper) / 16 colors
- Colours should be separated into there own layers
- Pantone numbers are recommended for colour matching.
- Please include a final JPEG of your work.
Q: How much does it cost to print with Station 16?
A: Cost of printing depends on the quantity of the order and the number of colours in the artwork (there is no order too small, or too big). There is always a one time fee of 50$ per colour for Films & Screens per order.
Q: How do I pay for my project?
A: We except check or money order, as well as paypal and credit cards. (We can except cash on pick-up orders).
